We run a variety of fitness classes, both indoor and outdoor. Our classes include: High Performance Training, Insanity workout, P90x, AB Blast and Commando Combat boxing.
Classes can be on a PAYG basis, simply book on to a class via our booking form or take your chance at the door! Alternatively membership is £45 a month for unlimited classes and is a great saving! We also offer 3-months and 6-month contracts at discounted rates.

HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAINING
A military inspired total body workout for all abilities, derived from the Royal Marines Training. The class is designed to develop speed, strength and power. Each Circuit consists of a mixture of body weight exercises and equipment. There are 3 levels in each circuit: Beginner, Intermediate and Experienced. We never leave anyone behind!
Classes run twice a week on a Monday and Wednesday out of Pensby Sports Complex and take place on a designated field or hard surfaced area and every saturday at the Puddydale Park opposite Tesco in Heswall. HPT is guaranteed to get results for even the most experienced circuit trainer as each class is designed to push each individual to their absolute limit.
No two workouts are ever the same and members can expect to burn up to 800 calories plus within the hour!

A 1 hour non-contact boxing circuit involving 5 x3 minute rounds which incorporates basic boxing techniques and combinations into an all over body workout. The class is inspired by Ricky Hatton’s Boxing Academy. It will not only improve your confidence but will help to shift the calories!
Each class differs from week to week in order to keep your body guessing. Commando Combat not only improves your stamina and coordination but it’s a surefire way to strengthen core muscles and unwanted wobbly bits!
